When Warranty Starts
The warranty period begins from the original date of sale of the Firenzo woodfire to the first consumer.
Conditions of Coverage
The warranties are provided only in respect of defects in the specified materials and workmanship that render the components unfit for normal domestic use. This means:
- Parts failing due to manufacturing defects are covered
- Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse is not covered
- Installation must be in accordance with the official installation and operation guides
